Heritage

Barrett & Coe have been rooted in the photography industry since the 1850s and have grown to be one of the largest photography franchises in the UK.

Up until 2009, Barrett & Coe were using the same studio as Albert Edward Coe to photograph the residents of Norwich in 1863. It was the oldest purpose-built photographic studio in the world.

Recommended and approved photographers

Where we do not have a Barrett & Coe studio we have a network of independent photographers who are approved and recommended.

Each photographer is quality checked and must adhere to our exacting requirements for quality and service.
