Portraits club full terms and conditions
Membership of the Portraits club entitles you to a permanent discount of 15% off our price lists. These include Baby, Family Portrait, Wedding, Pet, Makeover and Model Shoot photography, bought from any UK Barrett & Coe studio for 10 years from the date of joining.
The Portraits Club Card (“the Card”) cannot be used in conjunction with any Barrett & Coe Gift Voucher, complimentary Baby photography sitting or Family Portrait Gift Adventure Gift Card. The card can not be used in conjunction with any EZI Pay Finance agreement you have with any Barrett & Coe photographer.
On paying the membership fee you will receive email confirmation and we will then send your Card in the post. Your Card can only be used by the authorised holder. The Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
The discount will only be redeemed on presentation of your membership card where your photographer will record your identification number (shown on the front of The Card).
Barrett & Coe Limited reserves the right to change / withdraw benefits at any time without prior notice. This promotion is not available to any person under 16 years of age.
Your billing address will be the address linked to your Portraits Club Membership. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your postal address to ensure your discount is valid. Barrett & Coe Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards.
The Card cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
The card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card.
Barrett & Coe Limited cannot be held liable for cards that are lost, stolen or damaged. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
